He is so *punny*

Tonight, my brother is having a party in celebration of his healing and victory against colitis. He has invited his doctors, nurses, friends, family, anyone he thought would want to celebrate with him. I am unable to travel; but I am so happy for him that both my parents and Neil are going to go! :) That must mean a lot to him....

What is the name of this fantastic gathering, you ask? He is calling it the "Cuck Folitis" party.
I told him I wanted the souvenier tshirt...

Excited

I am looking forward to a few get togethers coming up... dinner tonight with Jeanine and Jessica. It will be nice to have some girl time, and also a wonderful way to end this rainy, dreary day.

I have a shower this weekend, too! I am getting so excited. I feel very fortunate to have such good friends celebrate Lucas' arrival! It is at LaMadeline's, and I love that place!! :)

The most exciting thing right now?! LUCAS will be here in a little over 4 weeks!!! YAY! I can not wait to meet him!

Time is Flying...(knocking on wood!!)

The nursery is absolutely PRECIOUS and I can't thank my sweet mom or husband enough for their hard work. Here are some pictures showing off their hard work: My mom made the bumpers and the crib skirt. She also made the blanket hanging off the crib. She is amazing!Erik and my mom painted the walls and ceiling. The bathroom is a shade darker and looks sensational.This desk is going to be the changing table. Also, the desk and dresser were in my room growing up, I hope Lucas enjoys it as much as I did! The curtains are made, they will be hung as soon as my talented mom returns... They match the bumpers and will complete this adorable room!
