In addition to that, tomorrow my baby will be 4 months old! To celebrate his *official* start to school and his 4 months of life, we baked! How fun would it be to bring in treats to his class for his teachers?? (Apparently I am going to be that mom, but I also know how fun it is to get homemade goods!)

They turned out fantastic!!
We have plenty to share with Daddy, Lucas' teachers, my grade level, and of course our neighborhood friends, Lillian and Nolan!

Yes, the cupcakes were really moist, I used applesauce instead of oil... maybe that is why? I don't know, but the hubby definitely loved them!
Applesauce, eh? That's such a novel idea! A lot healthier too. I like that. :)
I've tried a tad of mayo with brownies and they turn out moist. :)
Did you use butter cream for the frosting? I can't stop imagining how it tastes like. :))
